As mentioned yesterday Jon Snow has had to pull out of the ride. In penance he has made an offer that will involve almost as much pain as riding from London to Paris in 24 hours. Jon will be ceremoniously waxed, in the Channel 4 News studio, to raise money instead. We suggested for every £10,000 donated he should wax one leg. He then rashly offered to have his whole body done if he gets to £25,000. That's gotta hurt. So please spread the word.
